Philosophy

Ideally, an organization or a well-managed company motivates its employees working together for a common goal: the success of the company. In reality this is often not the case. Planet Drum follows two basic principles to achieve effective group dynamics :

• Everyone plays the same bass and the same tone
• Everyone listens to each other

If we can get an organization or company that follows these principles as a group, then :

• We are able build a team spirit
• We are able to build a non-competitive community

During Planet Drum's drumming event, your employees will understand that :

• The important is not just to work together but work together for the shared goals.
• Every person, not matter he is origin, age, sex, religion, social class and any other characteristic or difference, has a very important contribution to make to the whole group or organisation. None of these issues are manifested in the group, and the benefits they derive are much more important than what they originally invested at the outset.
